New Owner Saying Hello!
Hey all -
My wife and I just purchased an ES 350 so I wanted to post up here and say hello. I owned a 2004 Infiniti G35 Coupe which was totaled while my wife was driving it home on Sept 1. Thankfully she is recovering, it was not her fault, and the car did an amazing job protecting her. She was t-boned in the drivers side door by a commercial electrical truck (33,000 pounds + pulling a trailer rated for carrying 12,000 lbs) that ran a red light.
As I started looking around for a replacement car, safety was obviously a #1 priority, followed closely by reliability and comfort. We commute 45 minutes (one way) each day for work (we carpool together), so we needed something comfortable and something we could pile some miles on. The ES quickly rose to the top of my short list.
Last Monday we were able to make the $s fit and we purchased a new 2010 ES 350. Truffle Mica + Cashmere - a color combo we could not be happier with. My wife was skeptical of the truffle mica, until she saw it in person.
In any case, hello, and thanks for contributing such valuable information to the forums. See you around the interwebs.
