I want to polish my door sill plates, but just wonder how to remove it safely ?

You can do them in place. No need to waste time removing.

Well, i don't want to tape the surrounding and i have 6.5 PC 7424 so it is quite large for that area. I would guess that it is simply pulling it out like any other cars, but i want to clarify.

I would not advise taking a PC to these door sills. You will easily burn them with the machine. Hand polish only. They are not very thick.

I see, thank you for the advice. I did some nice job on stainless steel appliances on the thin sheets with a PC so i thought doing it on the sills, I used the M205 from Meguiars. I do have alot of marks on the sills.

Will i get away with some soft polishing pad (white) and low speed with the PC ?
