Jerry is the man. It took maybe 5 or 10 minutes to complete the whole process. He has it down to a science.

I also got the 8/100 coverage for the same price.

since there is a fee to transfer. u r better off buying the car and then the warranty... on a side note.. SINCE LEXUS is offering 125K miles warranty packages.. it seems that the CAR is ULTRA RELIABLE... one thing I am worried about is the darn WINDOW falling out. i think when the windows are rolled partially down..-(try it) and the door is opened and closed, u get a weird hollow noise... Other than that, i think this CAR is stellar.. I WILL Take my chances and use in expensive TOYOTA camry./independant LEXUS repair shops in the next 4 years. with the 1300 or so. which i would have used to buy addl warranty....

6 year 70,000= $735 6 year 100,000= $1100 7 year 100,000= $1375. I have a complete list of 4 year thru 8 year if someone needs other options.. The Kansas Super Store gave me these prices without pushing for them. You give them your VIN, miles on car, date purchased, and a credit card number. Dorothy
What are the purchaser's obligations? Does one have to engage all the prescribed check-ups? Have them do oil changes? Etc???

Default ES350/2009/8 Yr-75k Platinum Warranty from Jerry - $1220

Thanks to the thread, I was able to get the Lexus Platinum Warranty with $0 deductible for 8 Year 75K for $1220. For 8 Year/100K it was $1665 and was still a great price when compared to many others. I went with 75K as I drive lesser than average.

By far, this was the best price I have heard/seen.

Jerry was friendly, quick and straight forward process. His cell: 620 664 8844

Thanks.

And you probably saved $1,000 versus local dealer, right?

Sometimes even more, garsarno.

After I bought my wife's F this past July, I was going through the glove box a couple of weeks later and found a pamphlet for a 7yr / 100k Platinum warranty with an original selling price of $2,900.00

It looks like the warranty was purchased along with the new car. I had my local dealership check on the warranty situation. They contacted the original owner and gave them the opportunity to request a partial refund. After 10 days and no response, they transferred the warranty into my name with no transfer fee.

A little added extra bonus for sure

I have a 2011 ES 350 with 56500 miles on it and I'm interested in purchasing the Lexus Platinum Extended Warranty. I was given the following information at one of my local Lexus dealers (but I'm sure they can do better)
5yr, 60,000 for $2767
4yr 48,000 for 2452
3yr 36,000 for $2156
Are these prices fair for this vehicle?

Do a search here and find the info on Jerry Johnson. A lot of member have purchased Lexus Platinum Warranties from him at about 1/2 the price your dealer is quoting.

These are Lexus Factory warranties that Jerry sells, not outside companies? I'm kind of surprised Lexus lets him undercut other dealerships that way. It won't stop me from calling him though
