New to forum !!
I too am in Tx - Houston area..have 04 - es330...best I've gotten so far is around 38k for same vehicle you purchase. Can you tell me which dealership you worked with in Atlanta area....may need to look outside state for several reasons...pkg, color--black saffire, price, inventory.

You can wait for the 2010's to come out but IMO if the pics that I have seen here of the '2010 ES' is to be believed then I much prefer the styling of the 07-09 ES's. I'm not feeling the grill, taillights and the flood lights of the supposedly new 2010 version, but then again that is just MO....

Oops should have read this thread all the way to the end....I see you pulled the trigger already..nice ride looks just like mine except I have black interior...Nice tint too!!....
