Default burn and play an audio DVD in ML

For those of you likes to take the full advantage of your ML system, here is the link of how to make PCM 96/24 DVD audio, which I tried and it works superb, it's far better than MP3 audio quality!

I just bought my first Lexus - '07 ES 350 w/Nav. I don't think it has the ML. Does this mean it will only play CD format disks? I tried to burn some music (Using I-Tunes) to a DVD this morning and it wouldn't play. Then I tried burning to a CD and it worked. Just wish I could use DVD for more storage... Love the ES though!! Heaven, I'm in heaven...

I think only ML audio can play DVD now.

I have an ML system and I went to the web site, downloaded the program and tried to make a audio DVD. After many, many tries the DVD will not play in the car. Can you provide the process you used. Thanks!

I know this is an old topic but wanted to revist it. I just purchased a 2007 GS350 with ML and desperately need to get my iPod to play so I can have my ~30GB library available for whatever mood I'm in. BUT until then, I need help buring Audio DVDs. I downloaded this software but was wondering what settings you used and how good the quality was of the disks you produced.

The settings I'm looking for is:

Audio format: AC3 how many channels (2.0 or 5.1) & the kbps
And any other settings you used.

Thanks in advance.

If your goal is to integrate your iPod, then get a Vaistech and skip the DVD audio step. Dead simple to install and works fabulously with my 2008 ES350 ML system. You won't regret it. Here's the link

I think PCM:48K:24bit setting should be superb in mark levision.
