Congats on the new purchase. Lets hear the details on which one you are getting. The ES has recieved a lot of negative reviews by some but it is by far....the best car I have ever owned. I hope you enjoy yours as much as we do.

Thank you. I'm getting the ES-350 Smoky Granite w/ Black interior. I also got the premium package w/ navigation and i believe that's the middle package without the Mark Levinson and the dual moonroof.
I've also read a lot of pro/cons (more cons to be honest) about the ES350 but i'm hoping that it's just bad luck on the first few series that came out and that we won't run into this anymore.
Still love the look and the absolutely gorgeous interior....

Now, is the spoiler an added option ?

The spoiler is a dealer installed option and I highly recommend it. In my opinion, it really adds a little extra to the rear. From the sound of things, your new car is almost identical to ours. I love the SGM/Black combination.

Sounds good ! Can you post picture of your car w/ the rear spoiler ?
I was going to go for Smoky / Light grey interior at first but I think black looks more elegant after all (to me that is). I also noticed that the ES doesn't have the little shark fin on top for XM/Sirius radio. Is that true ?

The ES does not have the sharkfin. My guess is this due to the optional roof.

It's not your color, but here's a shot with the lip spoiler...

I really do love the look of the Mrs.' car. The wheels seem to go perfectly with the tungsten finish, and the tint complements the paint and roof. The ES in general is just a terrific looking design from just about every angle, and the interior is an outstanding mesh of ergonomics and class.

I agree. It's a design that should age well too. IMO it will still look good a few years down the road, unlike some of the more radical designs.

VERY sharp. Certainly a terrific exterior/interior combo. If our local dealer had a U/L-equipped car in that color I suspect my wife would've gone that direction.

Hey WBOY

Congrats!! I still have to wait another week or so for mine to come in.
I called my dealer last week to see if mine had the spoiler factory installed and lucky for me it was. Call your dealer and ask him, I'm assuming you ordered your car and haven't seen it yet. If you have seen it already you will have to pay to have it installed.
