Thank you. I'm getting the ES-350 Smoky Granite w/ Black interior. I also got the premium package w/ navigation and i believe that's the middle package without the Mark Levinson and the dual moonroof.
I've also read a lot of pro/cons (more cons to be honest) about the ES350 but i'm hoping that it's just bad luck on the first few series that came out and that we won't run into this anymore.
Still love the look and the absolutely gorgeous interior....
Now, is the spoiler an added option ?

Are you talking about the glass roof with the two sunroofs? I was told that only comes with UL package.

Love that smokey granite / black interior with the spoiler. Yes I've preordered the car but i haven't seen it yet. have to drive 2 hours on sunday to pick it up.
I just emailed the dealer to ask if the car comes with a spoiler or not.
Now if it doesn't , is the 200 something price an installed price ?
L_rod, yes the two roofs only comes with UL package, I was just trying to say that I'm getting the middle package deal, which does NOT come with the UL package.

When we ordered our UL, there wasn't one on any of the dealer lots in the US. Three was located on a ship, in transit from Japan. We secured one of these and had to wait around 4 weeks before we were able to pick it up. Ours was not equipped with a spoiler from the factory. The dealer installed it prior to delivery. I think the cost is between 3-4 for the installed unit. Since the spoiler was part of the deal, It was a freebie. Good luck and dont let the negative posts ruin your experience. Enjoy.
