Probably a silly concern...
A friend of mine owns a ES350 and is going on a three week vacation. He’s worried that three weeks without starting up the car might cause some problems… I told him that this would be very unlikely but I thought I’d ask you folks first.

I have left my ES's('91,'94,'03,'07) for well over a month at a time, and when I returned they all started up and ran without any problems. They didn't feel the worse in any respect.

That's nothing. Now laying up twin big blocks over the winter (boat) is something to be concerned about. But three weeks with an engine that is already full of anti freeze (which isn't even a concern because it's summer) and has a fully charged battery.

When my Solara sat for like 6 months or so the Antitheft killed the battery so i charged it up and it was fine. I make it a point to take it out once a week or so to get the fluids hot and what not. Shes only got 3000 miles on her but I know if I dont drive it everything will dry rot. But three months is nothing.

Three weeks? No maintenance required. Would be a good idea to put it on jackstands to keep the tires fresh.
Three months... Take the battery off & put it on a cycling charger, car on jacks, Dry-gas installed.
Check tire pressures & when the car is re-started, think about changing the oil in the near future so you don't worry about having to boil the accumulated moisture out of the oil.
