My '07 ES 350 glass roof has loud squeaks and pops every time I go over any uneven surface like driveway openings and pavement irregularities. When it's warm out, it even does it when I merely get in the car. This is something that shouldn't happen in a 45K automobile and embarrassing when a guest rides along. Anyone having similar issues?

No noises whatsoever after over 1 years of use. I'd bring the car to your dealer to correct your problem.

YES, YES, YES.....same issues here. When the car "flexes" (turning into a driveway) there is a popping noise. I also have an ongoing rattle under the roof liner. Dealer has taken the roof liner down and tried to fix via the TSIB for a noisy tire inflation monitor. However, something still rattles under there. The dealer wants the car back again, but I hate the fact that they are pulling the roof liner down again. For now, I am living with the rattles and pops. Maybe at my 15K service, I'll let them play around with it again.

I do notice that the colder it is outside, the rattle is worse. The popping always happens no matter what the weather is.

I agree, these rattles should not be on a Lexus. Good luck, and let me know if your dealer is able to fix this for you.

Yes, Mine did it going over a driveway easement on cold mornings and speedbumps. I took it to the dealer and they reseated the sunroof panels and put some insulating foam strips (not where I coule see it). That has corrected 97% of the problem. On cold mornings it does it sometimes. I hate rattles and they finally got mine to be quiet, especially the center console and audio/nav system area. It's better today than when I picked up the car new a year ago. KEEP COMPLAINING.

No noises at all here.......but then again, when the ML is kicking....you can't hear anything else

Have them check the back windshield window clips.
You may need to get them trimmed off or removed.
The sound probably travels from there, so it sounds like your glass roof pops.
