I have a Mark Levinson stereo in my new ES350. When I load CDs into the stereo the display says DVD changer. The CD's play on the DVD changer but don't I have both a CD changer and a DVD changer? How do I get the CD's to play with the CD changer instead of the DVD changer?

Actually the DVD changer is a CD changer, and vice versa in the new Lexus cars. Basically, the 6-disc slots are capable of reading DVDs and CDs...it says DVD changer because that is the most 'technologically sophisticated' term. Sort of like a DVD player at home can also play audio CD's.

With your CD/DVD changer, you can insert Audio CD's, Audio DVD's, and Video DVD's (but the latter will only show video when in park).

Yo d-lex, the DVD changer IS your CD changer. DVD players are backwards compatable with CDs, so your ML system will play DVDs, regular CDs, or MP3 CDs. There is not a separate CD player or changer. Hope this helps.

By the way, put that puppy in park, set the parking brake, pop in a good action flic, and crank up the volume. You will get to enjoy each one of those 14 speakers .
