Not without ripping the electrical wiring apart! The cars that came factory equipped with NAV have a completely different wiring harness then what you have in your car. Aside from the expense of making these changes you have to be knowledgeable enough to follow wiring schematics and in fact, NO Lexus Service Departments would even attempt doing this type of job.

I was thinking about the same question before and i found out that acutally trade-in the car for one that has navi would actually be cheaper than doing all those you said up there@@.....

I think you are going to need more than just the screen and the changer to make this work. The navi is not plug and play, you need to know a lot of rewiring including getting the antennas to make the GPS work. I am not an expert, but doing a navi conversion will take a lot of time and work.

As ESDragon said, there are a lot more components involved than just the nav display and the audio.

GUJIGUJI is right, trading the car in for a new one would be cheaper.

It can be done. I have done it on my cousins IS250.... So I dont see why it cant be done on an ES.

Does the navi unit have the pigtail wireharness?

All you need to buy is
1) 2007 toyota camry Navigation antenna
2) Nav antenna cable.

The bad news is, since I havent worked on the ES... I cant really help you

Take pics of your unit. And I can tell you if you need more parts.

Don't remember exact details of center console since I had this car last year (without NAV too), but wouldn't it be a problem with all the fan/temp/AC controls when you take the whole middle part out to put in a large NAV display? With a NAV package, those controls are in a touch screen area since there is no room left in the center console. Unless if you have one of the NAV/Stereo units where the display slides out horizontally and than flips up?

Strangely, but in GS350 without NAV with a basic premium stereo you get the same 7" touch screen display for all the climate/audio/mp3/phone controls. Don't understand why Lexus can't do the same for ES350?

BTW, would be cool to see pics of your BL-ES-S-350 ride with 19" rims!!!

Good, it looks like you have everything you need to install the Navigation. Except for the antenna and the cable for that navigation antenna.

Know that the install is difficult. A lot of wire splicing is required. its pretty easy to mess up

You should also know that the nav display does not work, unless the car is on. In Acc mode, it will be in diagnostic mode.

Also know that voice nav will not work. And neither does the split screen

1) Buy the antenna from toyota. The part is for a 2007 Toyota Camry with navigation. It should cost $130-$150 for the antenna. And $30 or so for the cable

2) I will post later today to let you know which files you will need to download from the lexus tech info website. THis will give you the color code you need to do the install.

3) I can email you with the spreadsheet I used to install
the nav into my cousins IS250.

The information that is contained within the spreadsheet is for informational purposes only. You must agree that I am not responsible should you damage your car, or your navigation unit. I am also not responsible should you injure yourself or anyone else. That is your responsibility.

Good luck.

Okay you need to download these files from the lexustechinfo website.

Its a lexus website and costs $19.99 a day. Download all you can for the ES

But be sure to get the
CLOCK > TERMINALS OF ECU
NAVIGATION SYSTEM > TERMINALS OF ECU
AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM > TERMINALS OF ECU

and the multidisplay.pdf

Remember I have only done this on an IS. Not an ES. So there could be huge differences
