Friend recently had battery replaced. Subsequently had body work done on a bumper that was
slightly damaged while waiting in line at a car wash. Now he's having trouble starting car.. Thinks it
might be an anti-theft issue. Feedback please.

What kind of starting problems is he having. Need more information please.

Talked to the wife yesterday and she said a fuse blew. Will try and see if hubby has more
detailed info.
