It's not a major issue. I can easily access the screws underneath the armrest.

The screws might by too tight. I'll have to experiment with the tightness. But again, no big deal.

I am satisfied with the material used and build quality for its price. Compare to most of the cars in the same price range, you can't really find others that have better build quality. Personally, I enjoy quiet and comfort ride. From this new ES, I got almost everything I am looking for and I am glad that I chose to buy the ES350.

I feel the same way. We've had ours for nearly 11 months and I feel it was a good purchase decision. I'd buy another one without hesitation.

I especially like the leather door handles, their feelings are even better than GS.

Some of you guys way over analyze this car, I did not even realize I had back seats until I read about the loose fitting carpet
