From reading this forum for the last few months methinks that if Lexus had sent this questionaire to all new ES350 owners they would have received an earful...some understandably positive, but a lot surprisingly negative (transmission flare, wind noise, rattles, corporate response, etc). I received the sales experience one, but not the Product Quality Survey....wish I had.

Sounds like they may send out the PQS to randomly - Or maybe something like by zip code?

I got the PQS and they did get an "earfull" relative to my displeasure with the new tranny. And that was before my very intermittent flare surfaced.

Well, maybe JJ can explain this for us.

It makes no sense to me you would not ask each of your customers, especially on a new model, you'd think you would scrounge for any detail you could get on a new release.

Besides, how will us shy, quiet, unassuming types ever be heard?

I just received a survey from a market reasearch firm named Maritz Research, it is not the Lexusopinion website you got static. it is titled 2007 Customer Satisfaction Survey. This a different survey-firm, but thought I'd let others know.

Also it says I could win 10,000 dollars as those who fill out the survey and return it are entered into the sweepstakes drawing.

To date: I have never received a survey from Lexus of the kind you did static on either ES350 I have owned.

I got one of these about three months after I purchased my 06 GS430 in Nov 05. I thought everyone got these. I dinged the bad Bluetooth, dash rattles and heater blows on legs not feet. Some other things as well. Never heard a word from the results of the Survey

Anyone know how long after the purchase of a new Lexus, the JD Power and Associates survey should be received? 9/06 build with the flare option.

That's interesting. I also recieved another survey in yesterdays mail, this one is from Strategic Vision, "2007 New Vehicle Experience Study". It also mentions a drawing for prize $.

Let see, how would I spend that $. hhhmmmm.... decisions, decisions... extended warranty? Sounds like a good place to start!

Then some new wheels & tires maybe!
