Default Yeah Baby!

I finally got it! Crystal White/Light Grey Interior. Fully loaded UL Package, manufacturer date 06/06. Nice chooshy ride and lots of power. No wind noise. Tranny felt fine.

Can't wait to get home and play with all my bells and whistles. I had to drive straight to the office from the dealership. (I am like a little kid looking down at it from my office. Can't play with it yet.)

I will post pictures as soon as I get the windows tinted.

Greats. Congrats, CaBlonde. By the way, what % of tints are you getting and where are you getting it? I still haven't got my tint yet.

I actually did have the choice of an 5/06 build. They had an almond metallic one with the same options package, but the build date was May. I opted for the later build date to try and be as safe as possible... I could swear I saw someone complain of experiencing the tranny trouble in a 5/06 built vehicle... Maybe it wasn't here at clublexus...

Anyway, I'm comfortable that Lexus will do the right thing if misfortune strikes. Wouldn't be able to say the same about *any* other manufacturer in the world...

Thanks Cocopops. Damn, it feels good to finally have it, admire it and drive it (like the rest of you.) I was out in my driveway the whole evening, playing with everything and then went out for a joy ride. Love it!

Took me a while to program the Homelink to my garage door opener but I finally did it. I previously copied and pasted directions someone posted in the forum on my computer and printed them out. That really helped the whole process. (Thanks to whomever posted them before.)

As far as the tint, I am not sure the % yet. I will let you know when I get it done. Hopefully tomorrow, so it can be picture worthy. I usually get the back windows dark and the two fronts, one degree darker than legal. I have done that on my two previous cars and never got caught. I know I am bad but it looks so good.

Congrats on the purchase. I went with Tungsten/Gray and I love the Crystal White. The gray interior is very very light, almost ivory. So it goes well with white. Stupid buyer's remorse! ...

Default Ruby Red / Black UL with ML

Earlier today, I picked up my new Ruby Red ES350 with Black Interior, Ultra luxury package with Mark Levinson Audio. Of course I love it!!!!! So many things to learn, the salesman spent 2 hours showing me everything before I was able to drive away in it. Definitely don't see many of these on the road and had quite a few stares on the drive home. Sweet car!

Finally picked up my 350 Sat. 5th after a 3 month wait. UL package, ML, & Park Assist., Aquamarine Blue. Build Date 07/06
I have come to realize after driving it a couple of days how completely different it is from my 03 ES.
I love the power, handling, exterior appearance and Nav.
I did like the interior better (materials) on the older ES but overall it is a great car.

Congratulations. It's very beautiful white car. The black roof makes it unique.
