Not without replacing the entire headlamp assemblies with halogen ones and re-wiring them. The connectors for the D2R bulbs and ballasts are different than the ones on the halogen setups.

what is wrong with your headlamps? Im somewhat of an HID expert. Maybe I can help, and come up with a cheaper solution with you that maintains the HID option in your car?

Hi ArmyofOne,
Thank you very much for your reply. Deer hit the car and the lamp cover broke, not the light is not coming. It's passenger side head light. I have attached the picture for you to look at it.

I would love to hear if there any alternative to fix that.
Do we need to replace the wiring too, if the headlight needs to be replaced with Halogen lights.

Thanks in advance.

yes, but might i suggest going with an aftermarket projector headlamp? They are often cheaper than OEM and because the OEM housings are reflector and not projector, they will likely be an upgrade.

I found one single OEM replacement for $309, with no bulbs on CarID.com

Or you might also try ebay for a used one.

Thanks for the suggestion.
The description says, they don't fit ES HID and i am confused.
  • THIS ITEM IS FOR 2002-2006 LEXUS ES300 ES330 *** THESE HEADLIGHTS ARE HALOGEN TYPE, THEY DON'T FIT THE ES WITH FACTORY HID EQUIPPED*
Can these be replaced one to one?

Thanks

yeah I saw that, thats why I deleted the post and went to CarID.com to find them instead. Amazon wasn't very clear because the title said they were for HID, but the description said they weren't.

Did you consider filing an insurance claim? At least give them a call. It may be worth it.
