ES 300 Rpm drop rapidly when letting off gas and slow acceleration when warmed up.
When driving the car intermittently when I let off the gas the rpm will drop rapidly to idle then bounce back up. Similar problems occurred a year ago and the OCV were replaced with dorman replacements. But, this time i cannot get any CEL or codes. Also when the engine is warmed up the car struggles to get up from a stop. 1999 model vvti

start by checking the intake for a vacuum leak, check the piping and joins for a leak, it should be pretty big, something cracked me thinks.
then, check the air filter, if it's clogged remove it, and test, if that solves it replace it. (you can run without it for a while).
Next, check the charging voltage, it should be over 13.8 volts, check the battery too (not running at the time).
check the ohms reading between the engine and the body shell, should be zero.
put very good fuel into an empty (or near too), tank.
test engine performance when not in gear, (in neutral). look for a smooth rpm rise, and steady fall to idle without hops or dead drop.
It's very hard to work out whats happening from your text, a video is always a very helpful tool, as much information as you can provide.
