03ES300 Revs High on Park

This morning started my car. Engine Cold. Car revs high when car is on park when I shift to DRIVE or REVERS RPM drops down. Any suggestion.

That should be normal with any car, unless it is high like over 2k rpm.

Ok great. Cause it revs high like 1.2K rpm

Sounds about right on a cold start.

RPM is higher than warm idle to get the engine up to operating temperature faster.
