Coilpack arcing?
I have a question about installing the coil packs.
I have only used spark plug wires on a distributor which "snap" onto the plug. It seems like my coil pack just sits over the top, also it sounds to me like it could be arcing above the spark plug,is this normal?
My question is, how should these seat against the spark plugs?
None of my coils ever snapped into place. The arcing could just be valve tapping, just curious since I couldn't find anything on the forums about this.

If the coils are leaking electricity the engine will have a misfire/run poorly and likely throw code(s). Are the coils original? Not sure if they "snap" into place don't remember.
