Hi fellow Lexus Drivers this is my first post I've had my 1998 ES300 since March of this and love it to death. Well about 2 months ago my mother thought she lost my Key and paniced and proceeded to call a Locksmith who told her my ECM would have to be flashed and new keys programmed. Got her for $200 but that's another story took the ECM said it couldn't be flashed. From there I found my master key in the car tried to start it, it would start but wouldn't turn over. The security light constantly blinks never goes solid or turns off. So I get my car towed to my job I work at an auto parts store after about a month of research found out that my anti theft module was gone could that be the reason the car is locked up and if so will buying a replacement fix that issue. If anyone has any answers please let me know thanks

Are you saying the locksmith stole the anti-theft module? I think you can simply replace it but could be wrong.
