Toyota vs Lexus Parts

Toyota vs Lexus Parts
Hey Guys,
Update: Found an excellent resource for factory part numbers with detailed diagrams.
megazip.net check it out
I am looking to order a set of engine mounts from Lexus, however I found them at a lower price at a Toyota online dealer.
The part numbers I searched for through Toyota are yielding the same parts as on the Lexus website, except that they show compatibility with Toyota models of the same vintage.
This particular dealer cannot verify fitment based on my VIN number, because it's not a Toyota, so I'm a bit uncertain if I should go for it or not.
Has anyone here had any experience ordering Lexus part numbers through Toyota dealers? Will I run into any issues?
Ex.: 12380-0A031 Rear Insulator Assy
Contacting these dealers has yielded no luck, so I am turning to you guys.

Lexus Test Driver
Over on the RX forum, owners typically have ordered equivalent parts using Toyota part numbers with no problems.
With that said, It should work out with this engine mount. But, I'm not familiar with how the Camry of this vintage has it's engine mounted and whether the mounts use the same holes, etc.

I've got a feeling if the part number is exactly the same, it's gonna be the same part. The Lexus branding is probably just a way to charge you more. E.g. the same parts on LexusPartsNow are more expensive than on ToyotaParts.

I am almost certain Lexus part number are same as Toyota part numbers. I have used this below dealer website (They sell both Toyota and Lexus parts) to get part numbers and then I try to find the best price online for that toyota part number. You can double check your parts for fitment on this site.
http://parts.autonationtoyotasouthaustin.com/
For example: searching for your part shows that it fits some Toyotas as well as Lexus ES300
gettoyotadeals.com seem to have good prices

That looks exactly like the one I got for Avalon but mine was slightly bigger 0A040. 0A031 was smaller and was for earlier yr cam v6/avalon...
Agree on how they charge more by interchange part number. Even something as simple as coolant costs more at Lexus dealer.
Shows which toyota/lexus models it fits: 12380 0A031 / 12380 20030
But in your pic 12380 20040 indicates a 4in bushing which was just like my Avalon 12380-0A040.

Just wanted to add that I found an excellent resource for factory diagrams/parts, while doing this research.
megazip.net has every factory diagram that is usually only visible to dealer service departments. This one helped me a lot with figuring out the difference between similar parts or finding nuts and bolts that are normally not pictured on those vague images you get online.
For example, here are two diagrams for engine mounts:
MegaZip.net
vs. Generic Diagram found elsewhere
I hope this helps somebody out, just as much as it helped me.
