Thanks!
Yes, the low beams are using the 70mm mini gatling shrouds.
The high beams, I had to go back and get a smaller projector and removed the cutoff. Using a 60mm matchbox projector with the micro gatling shroud. it fits perfectly and the only cutting was sawing off the 9005 bulb holder in the back and making the hole 2mm wider which was easily done with a step bit.
I wasn't willing to cut out half the top of the housing just to fit the same size.

That's probably my next project. I think I can squeeze a 60mm projector in the fogs.

Here's a video of the halos, just going quickly through all the settings. Camera quality isn't that great, but good enough.

Looks good! Do you think the square LED bulbs used in the newer Acuras would work in those housings and how hard would it be to add an LED strip on the bottom of the housing for a DRL?

Depends on the projector/reflector you chose. Or were you wanting to stay stock with the housing? If you go anything bigger than a 70mm you will have to do a lot more cutting in the back and possibly top of the reflector. You could easily stick a led strip in the bottom or make a custom one for wherever you wanted. I used Amazing Goop for mounting the halos and JB Weld for sealing the projectors.

If you were inclined to do so, how much would you charge to do another set?

Depends on number of projectors, halos, parts provided, shipping, etc.

I could probably knock a set out in about 20 hours now that I know what it takes, not including wiring and mounting inside the car. Took around 25 hours for a few trial and error tasks with positioning that will be eliminated.
Due to the nature of the job, I would have paid myself at least $500 before parts. That's what? Around $25/h labor.

Doing lows only would have been a whole lot easier. I also wired a switch for the halos. Here's a picture before it was sanded down and glued, just gives you an idea of location.

Converted the DRLs/Turn signals to switchback LEDs. Had to use Astar load resistor adapter to get them to work. Would not even hyperflash without it. I would say it it 2-3x brighter and a pure white. Not yellowish like your clear 1157 bulbs.

Daytime picture. 35w 6500k lows, 55w 6500k highs, LED DRLs.

Fog light conversion is next.
