While the intake manifold is off what sensors should I replace while im in there?

Btw recent codes says P0330 I'm assuming I have to replace knock sensors but what else should do while I'm in there?

The harness for the knock sensors, and the coolant bypass hose.

Since the plenum has to come off, its a good time to check the rear valve cover gasket for leaks, and change the PCV valve and spark plugs.

I have knock sensors, the harness, spark plugs and will prob get the hose. On my Avalon I remember a few years ago they replaced a sensor under there that I thought had something to do with the coolant? I mentioned to do the sparks while they were in there but cant recall the sensor? Thanks!
