Default Clicking sound near drivers side rear wheel area...

I had the CV axle installed in the front and now I'm noticing the similar clicking sound around the rear wheel. Is there a similar CV axle in the rear of the vehicle that needs to be checked and possibly replaced?

What vehicle do you drive? When do you hear the clicking? The Lexus ES is front wheel drive, so it only has CV Axles in the front.

I drive a '95 es 300. There is a distinct clicking coming from the rear wheel area, albeit quieter than the clicking in the front that was resolved by replacing the CV axle.

Might be stupid, but check the tire for a nail or something, I had a somilian noise from the rear wheel and I had a tack in the tire

Is it like a knocking noise coming from the back of the car while driving over bumps? If so it might be sway bar bushing and in some cases sway bar links need replacement too. Easy to do both.

Could be a whole bunch of issues. Clicking means that it's a rotational noise, i.e. Depends on your speed. It could be something with the brakes, such as an interference with the backing plate, or poorly fitting pads/shoes. Like mentioned above, it's possible that your parking brakes need to be serviced. Also something could be stuck to the tire/wheel. Last area to check would be your wheel bearing.

Basically you need the car looked at by somebody with experience.
