I need some help with my 1992 lexus ES300.

My fog lights turn on but sometimes they dont turn off, even when i turn the car off
and take the keys out. Can this possibly be a Relay?

I have a few buttons on the driver side to open my trunk and gas tank.
the button for the gas tank works, but the button to open the trunk does not.
i can open it manually, but i was wondering if that can also be a relay or fuse
that is preventing the trunk from opening?

the trunk might be on valet mode theirs a button in the glove box turn it off. as far as the f/l could be short to positive,their is no switch for your f/l.
