I know there's other threads on this but I just wanted to Confirm for anyone else who is interested if your alternator dies like mine did from too much beating on with my sound system, if you're looking for a cheaper (realatively) slight upgrade then the Highlander 130 alternator was a direct swap, I just put it on today and everything was the same. My old alternator was making a really bad squealing sound and barely if at all charging.

I have upgraded my wiring (big 3) with 1/0 gauge wire, and between these 2 upgrades i can tell my headlights don't dim nearly as bad as before its barely noticeable now.

Running a 1400 watt Ct Sounds Amp and 12'' Fi Q in a Bandpass Enclosure ported through the rear deck.
