Default ES300/Windom Rims

Hi. I have a 1998 Lexus ES300. I want to get new rims for my car. I'm thinking some newer stock lexus rims. I found a ton of nice rims online, but what size rims will fit on my car? I dont want to roll the fenders either? I just want to buy rims and put them on. Simple as that

as long as the width doesn't exceed 7.5in (maybe 8) and offset no lower than +30-35, you should be fine. but if you're looking into newer Lexus wheels, they will fit with no issues (other than proper tire size). i personally wouldn't go bigger than 18's

Anything from 4ES and 5ES (with a 50mm offset, 7" wide) will require a small 3-5mm spacer in the rear to clear 215mm wide tires from rubbing the struts.

Thanks. This was definitely helpful. I'm thinking of getting rims from a 2010-2012 Lexus ES350. Those look pretty good on my car. Here's an example. Not getting the rims yet, but just wanted to see what my options were for the future.

i'm not a fan of newer OE wheels on older models but those look decent on the 3ES.

i can't get over on how much better the 00-01 look compared to the 97-99's

I agree. That's mostly because of the newer bumper, grille, taillights, and rims. Besides the bumper, everything from the updated models can easily transplanted onto a 97-99 model. Still, I'd never sell my 98' for a 00' or 01'. I'm too attached

Its funny how those things makes a big appearance difference. I'm still adjusting (never have a "nice" car) to my 99 ES but I honestly don't think I would get rid of it. rides too smooth lol, plus it has 205K on it so i might as well keep it. converting it to 00-01 is on the list

I agree. I'm thinking of adding new rims and the updated grille to mine. Might also do a mod where I install the auto power windows system from the updated ES into my 98

I had the RSX 16" alloys with hub centric rings. Light 5 spoke wheels made by Enkei and they came in 17" too. American Racing makes some nice looking wheels too.
