The Axxis Ultimate (ceramic) pads are excellent but I don't know whether they're made to fit an ES300.
Is that the car that you want to get them for?

I just put cross-drilled/slotted rotors from iRotors on my 92 a few weeks ago, so far everything seems great, although I don't know how they rank compared to other brands in quality, durability.

I dunno about Axxis, but I would recommend Raybestos ceramic (I believe it was the QS-quiet stop model). Otherwise I would either go with OEM Toyota/Lexus, EBC Green, KVR, or Porterfield. TRD brake pads work great, but have a very short life and are known to dust badly.

as stupid as it sounds
i must have gotten a bad set of brembo rotors
the front fit perfect the rear disk is a little smaller in diameter
but should be the same for the camry - es part #
i couldn't return them as the had been slotted with chamfered ends already
but they are much better than stock

It's odd but the rear discs on an ES300 are larger than the Camry V6 for some reason. I think it was an 11" rear rotor. My friend did a rear drum to disc swap on his 92 Camry 3S-GTE project and found rear ES300 rotors for it. I compared mine to his rear discs and his looks a bit larger. Regardless, the parts are interchangable.

if you are going to use the camry rotors then they are not going to use the whole rotor to meet the pad as the are a smaller diameter
the pads are the same just a larger diameter disc on the es will cause the inside 3/4 of a inch to not be used on that rotor and the pad may end up squeling as it gites into the outer lip of the camry disc
you wuold be losing braking effiency basically since there is going to be less surface contact
unless the rotors are slotted to give them more "bite" which would basically make it equal in the rear to the original
