Default Wheels fitment

Hey guys was just wondering if these rim specs would fit on a 1999 ES300

depends on how wide they are. i'm assuming its 7.5 which would fit.

Thank you, I'll ask to see if it is.
So if it's over 7.5 it would not fit? And what would be the problem?

Also one more question which offsets would fit? Or does it matter what size rim or the width of the rim?

Thanks!

Over 7.5 is too wide anyways IMO, these cars have 6.5 standard... and the measure is only on the inside of the wheel so the actual width is several inches higher anyway.

Check out the RSX wheels, in 16 and 17 inches, very light, inexpensive, good looking five spoke alloy aluminum wheels that fit with hubcentric rings.

I have the 16" on mine, can't beat the weight of 16.1 pounds each which helps acceleration and ride vs heavier wheels.

Used to have 18s, they compromise the ride quality and hurt the acceleration 3 tenths of a second.

if you get an 8in with a 45 offset you might need spacers (10mm).

depending on the width you can go with a lower offset. for example, with a 7.5 width you can probably go up to a 25 offset before the tire rubs on the fenders. the wider the wheel, the higher you would need to go on offset. this is just a general explanation, other details and factors may be taken into consideration.

Here you go:

The 17s:

Both of these wheels are inexpensive and very lightweight, good quality wheels. These are Enkei made wheels for about 1/2 the cost. The bolt pattern is identical, you will only need 60.1>64.1mm hubcentric rings which I got online for a few bucks.

The 5 spoke design is my personal favorite but mesh and V spoke wheels also look great on these cars.

yeah those RSX wheels look surprisingly good on that 4ES.

I am looking to get a set of OEM 2015-16 Avalon 17x7 +40 offset 10 spoke XLS Hybrid wheels in the future.

That and a set of Dunlop Direzza 102 is what I really want for my 3ES.
