I don't know where you live, but try this site. You may be able to find a good used OEM hood near you. If you're lucky, it will be the right color.

I found a silver one with 11/98 tagged on the Vin door sticker. I forgot to check the bottom of hood to see if it's OEM though. Anyone know a website to run the Vin and check color/year?

Can my 2000 grill be used with a pre 2000 hood?

Edit. I pulled up the info, 99 Es300 in Oyster Pearl. Did Lexus just use a different name for the same silver as my Millennium Silver before 2000? Or is an actual different color?

i believe its little bit of a different tone than the millennium. if you don't mind the tone difference then you should be fine. as for your grille YES it will fit/work.
