Lexuses aren't your typical GM cars where everything is interchangeable. The only headlights that will work for a 2000 ES is headlights from 1997-2001. Also depends if your car came with optional HIDs or standard halogens, which then you would have to stick with the option your car came with.

I have a slight feeling from just looking in the junkyard that a Camry front end might be swapped with the ES300, but it might require some custom work to the radiator cradle. That includes changing the hood, fenders, bumper, rebar/reinforcement and all the lights. If you've got a spare car to scrap its worth a try...
