Anyone know where I can find throttle body spacer? Do I hav to go 2 machine shop & hav one fabricated?

Your lucky you have a preface lift ES and can use the front lips on your 02-04 bumper:

However if the bumper shape is similar to the Gen 5 Camry upon which the 4ES is based, people were installing Subaru STI front lips which you can find on ebay:
