Default 2002 crank no start issue. Desperation has set in

Hello fellow CLers. Long time member but Im not on this side often about my ES. The issue Im having is that the car will crank but wont start. I was out and about today and felt the steering get hard. About 1/2 mile down the road, I went to pull over and the car turned off. Tried to crank and wouldnt start. I checked under the hood and the PS belt was missing. Heres whats been checked so far.
Checked fuel pump and pump is fine and has proper pressure
Checked all fuses and all seemed fine. Under hood and in car.
Checked for spark and there's plenty of spark from the plugs.
Disconnected battery to reset ECU and reconnected.
Checked the antitheft and it seems fine. No blinking light when key is on ignition.
Sprayed starter fluid in the TB and nothing.
Last resort was to replace crankshaft sensor with a new one and still nothing.
Now to the crazy part. Connected an OBD reader to the car and no codes came up.

Any help would definetly be appreciated in this. Maybe Im missing something that someone else has tried.

Maybe the belt broke apart and went I. The timing belt area. Check and make sure that the timing is on point and all marks align up, also check the crank sensor of timing is good.

Isn't there a cover over the timing belt? I don't see how the PS belt could get mixed up with the timing belt.

How was the car running before this and has the car been properly maintained? Not to be harsh but If the ps belt broke apart I would suspect other things may be overdue for replacement.

There is a cover over the belt so not sure if it could hit the timing belt.
Car has been properly maintained. The belts were replaced at 100k which was last year around may. Car now has 106k. PS pump spins fine when turning by hand so no sign of it locking up.

Another question. When the ignition is on IGN, should the pump be running? its only running when the car is cranking, not on IGN.

If you filled-up recently, maybe you got a bad load of fuel. i.e.: Water in the fuel???

In the space between the crank shaft and cover there is a little gap, the engine was running when the belt failed and could have been twisted around and a small piece could have got in there and made timing jump, it's worth a shot to check out, I mean yes it's rare that will happen but you never know.

The pump will prime the system when you turn the key to on if needed.. You may hear it run for 1-2 seconds if pressurizes the fuel line then stop.

Have you tested the fuel injectors to see if they're firing?

Maybe try the spare key in case there's an issue with the current immobilizer chip?

I havent tested the injectors. I'll have to look and see if there's a process to do so. Tried the spare key as well and still nothing.

Default Update

ISFDUDE hit it on the head. Piece of belt came off and somehow worked its way into the timing belt cover. Found a piece of if in there and checked timing. Timinig was off. Mechanic bought a new belt kit and repleced everything that had been done prior. Car is back up and running. Thanks to all for suggestions.
