1997 es300. The black piece that goes around the license plate bulb holder.

Mine fell out after a screw fell out of it on my old '01!

I see. I'm adding a back up camera but was thinking to take it off or drill straight into it.

BUT - I don't see any screws in your picture, so maybe that year attaches differently.

there's 3 screws in the back of it, the push in
