Stero connecter 1994 lexus es 300

Hey guys so I just bought a new stereo form I 94 Lexus ES 300 and I need a stereo connector, where can I get one?!?! I already bought my amp and my subs I installed them all, I bought my stereo and a stereo connector but when I went to go check it out my stero connecter is not the right one where can I get one? It seems like this car is impossible to put in an aftermarket radio or aftermarket anything
