Hi
I just got a 02 es300.
I want to change out the h3 fog lights cause it looks so dim.
I saw some super bright h3 bulbs online but I noticed there's like a Casper shield or reflector something inside the housing that may prevent longer bulbs other than the h3 stock bulb.

Anyone upgrade their bulb or modified this??

just get a h3 hid kit

Will it fit ? My concern is the reflector preventing the bulb from being any bigger than the typical h3

The H3 bulb truly sucks. Somehow they consume 55 watts while putting out very little light - all while using an annoying multi step connector instead of a simple plug. I replaced mine with 25W LED bulbs but they don't do anything besides put out a small puddle of light - they're just for looks. The reflector is heavily covered, small, and set deep into the bumper. I have been thinking about retrofitting projectors into the fogs.

Personally I would start with upgrading the headlights to the projectors of the 05/06, that's what I did with my 04 and it is my favorite upgrade.
