Default 95 alarm

My 95 es has a factory alarm, when I arm and dis arm, it locks and makes the sound. The lights don't flash at all. The flash when the alarm goes off, but not when I arm or dis arm. Does this car do that.

You may need to have your dealer program that for you. Techstream might be able to do it but I'm not sure.

Techstream is a software and cable that connects a car to your computer to alter factory settings. My light flash upon opening and closing but it is a 2003. Techstream might be able to do this for your car, I can't be sure because I don't have it yet and due to the fact that your car is older makes it hard for me to give you a definitive answer. User Speedkar9 has much knowledge regarding techstream and it's capabilities over multiple years.
