Sunroof Rattle?
Most often, I hear a very obvious rattle coming from my sunroof and it is the biggest annoyance I have with my car. Does anyone else have this issue?

Yes, my 97 had the same problem. Opened the sunroof fully & cleaned the front area inside where the spring loaded deflector pops up. This hits against the car body & causes the rattle. I bought some sticky back velvet & lined the length of the sunroof where the deflector meets the metal when it's in the closed position. No problem now!

My sunroof rattles on my ES330. Haven't investigated it yet.
My center armrest also makes a squeeking / squaking noise when putting pressure with it on your arm.
Amazing how the car is so quiet you notice these little things.

You can always use Aerospace 303. It re-moisturizes any plastic or substance of that same sort.
A lot of folks have had great success stories keeping their LS430's cabins quiet as possible by using this 303 spray as treatment on such critical spots that might be rubbing or hanging lose causing the annoying rattles.
Around all the door's edges' and sunroof edges' etc.
