98 es300 no dash lights or gauges working!
Bought a 98 es300 with alternator and starter removed. Put those back in. Got car running. There's no cluster lights or gauges working. Doesn't seem to be charging or shifting when I drove it. I check fuses and relays under hood, everything seems to be ok. I'm somewhat stumped on issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Is there any other fuse boxes or maybe a common issue to be aware of? Thank you in advance..

99 es300 no dash lights or gauges
Had this issue after guy at auto parts connected terminals wrong when trying to give me a jump. Long story short, after replacing all relays in car, solution was the 100amp fuse. This is bolted down with 3 bolts. 1 8mm 2 10mm. Once installed got radio, gauges, all inside lights and power.

Tha fuse my friend is under the hood on the driver's side and is the first one in the box. Mine was blue in color wth a little window on top of it. you should be able to visually inspect it through that little window. You have to get the box out in order to be able to remove the screws holding it down. there are some plastic tabs that go around the fuse block to hold into the box and you can fight with those and go about it that way.
hope that helps

Yes sir! I'm aware of that location. First one I checked. Thought it might be bad cause I couldn't pull it out lol. Seems to be fine tho. Guess I'll start changing relays like you did. Thank you for your help and knowledge. I really appreciate it! =Im4realg;9186347]Tha fuse my friend is under the hood on the driver's side and is the first one in the box.
