So this sound all started right after the car came back from getting its inspection. Anyway i found the sound was coming from the passenger side front wheel. I was walking along the side of the car on smooth pavement so i was pretty sure it was not suspension. I decided to take the brakes off and inspect them. Everything looked fine and it was all wearing perfectly. I saw nothing out of the ordinary and i saw no rub marks anywhere. Anyway i put everything back together and no more noise. I dont know what it was but it must have been maybe brake pad related.
