Default 1998 ES300 AC Blower Issue

I have read through quite a few posts here but I have not found this exact problem. It seems that the AC Blower is work intermittently all of a sudden. In the past when I started the car with the AC on the blower would initially come on and air would blow from the vents. Now when I start the car the AC seems to come on ( I can see the compressor clutch engaged) but no blower. After 5 to 10 minutes the blower comes on and stays on until I shut the car off and restart it. Has anyone run into this issue and resolved it? Thanks

Your symptoms, the way you describe them, are typical of a failing blower motor.
