Technically no, but as long as there ain't no blue bulbs and your corners still shine amber when you signal you should be ok.
And about that... my wife brought home the corners from Japan but I'm sad to say that the top tab on the left corner is broken!!! so mad but what you gonna do... I guess I'll have to find a different set of clears.
I did get some other goodies from Japan which I'll post up later

So I picked up a JDM Blitz High Flow Air filter, this actually looks more OEM than the TRD one I purchased for more money!
Also the wife brought home a Blitz re-useable cabin air filter for our Honda Fit as well, I didn't see one listed for the Windom/ES300 for my year.
Finally got around to doing some maintenance on the Lexi 2 weeks ago.
Did an Oil Change w/ 5w-30 Mobil 1 and the V8 Toyota YZZD3 OEM Filter, put in the Goldplug Drainplugs as well.
Opened the Transmission pan to do a flush and filter change only to find out that the parts I had (leftover oem parts from my 99 Camry 1MZ-FE) were different! DOH! Apparently I forgot my U140e trans was significantly different than the A541e trans my Camry has!.
Luckily I didn't destroy the oem gasket in the process of removing the pan but I did slightly round a few bolts that were in the front of the pan wedged between the undercarriage frame. Was using a 12point 10mm socket cause I was lazy to find my 6point ones and you can't put a socket with an extension on there square on the bolt cause of the angle of clearance. I swear I didn't have this problem with the Camry.
Anywho, so I ended up cleaning off the debris in the pan and magnets and refitted the pan and gasket.
Torqued to 47in pounds, so far no leaks. Car took 3.5 Quarts of Vavoline Maxlife ATF.
I received the correct OEM parts from mylparts.com, ordered Monday, received Friday. Appears the correct parts for this car (2 different part numbers listed) U140e is noted by "Type B" which according to the parts guy uses 18 bolts, while the Type A is for A541e uses 17 bolts.
Got the Type B gasket and filter strainer with another set of brand new bolts (not necessary but at 65cents why not).
Here's the thing I ordered these flexible socket extensions from Amazon that should allow me to get my 6 point sockets square on the bolts.
$6.66 Amazon is a great deal, bought another goldplug drainplug for my Honda to get it to the $25 minimum for that order.
Hoping to get Trans re-done this Sunday and refill with Amsoil ATF.

Forgot to post a photo of my goldplugs, they are a bit on the pricey side but the quality is the best I've seen. They're made of Machined Stainless Steel and the magnets are super strong all Made in the USA!
btw, in case any one was wondering I'm not being sponsored by them, just happened to see the reviews and decided to buy a set.
The only thing that I don't like is that the socket heads are different from OEM, the Drain plug uses a 15mm socket(from 14mm) and the transmission plug uses an odd 1" socket (from 10mm HEX) I had to go out and buy the socket for the trans one. If I had to guess the 15mm and 1" socket heads are prob stronger than oem not that I would over torque them...
I just received one for my Honda Fit too which I plan to install on the next oil change. (you can get them from Amazon or from their website same name)

So my parts from Lexus Parts World came in the type B filter, gasket and bolts.
Went to start the car yesterday and she wouldn't start... I already knew the battery the original owner put in was a POS Walmart Battery from 9/10/2011 so I had already looked at a suitable replacement a few weeks ago.
Low and behold yesterday afternoon she wouldn't start, weird cause I had just used the car the day before...
So I picked up an Optima D35 Yellow Top from my local Sam's club for $189+taxes and $18 core fee.
out with this old junk:
and in with this:
Took it home and charged it overnight on my Battery charger just to top it off.
Here it is installed, the new battery was a bit smaller and shorter than the old and I ended up having to use the included spacer, just one of the 2 included pieces.
Went to start her up and starts like a charm!
Also threw these in the car, my JDM Bonform seat cushions the wife brought back from Japan.

The thing is, I don't drive my cars everyday, since I live walking distance to work, it's more of a hobby than a necessity. I'm just hoping deep cycle batteries work better for my situation being that I don't drive enough to keep it topped off.
It comes with a 3 year warranty from Sam's club so hopefully if I have trouble it will be no questions asked exchange.
For the bolts, no you don't need to replace them, just make sure you use a 6pt socket and a flex extension or Universal joint when removing it. Use 1/4" drive sockets to give you more space than a 3/8" one.
The bolts toward the front of the car are partially obstructed by the lower frame of the car. Don't be like me and use a 12pt socket and regular extension, I got the bots off and on but when I went to look at them carefully some were partially rounded.
I'm going to replace them just for peace of mind. Don't forget to torque the bolts to spec. I bought an IN LB torque wrench just for Oil Pans and Valve covers. I heard over torquing them will cause them to leak.

I heard that too, I had optima in my other old car, a 2008 R32, I had to swap the batteries twice but it was under warranty so free replacement.

thanks, yeah I know about torquing, you should also use a cross pattern of sorts too, i snapped a few water pump bolts on my the 2es, that wasn't fun at all :/
