I had to replace that motor mount as well, got mine from NAPA. Try those kind of places, otherwise the dealer should have it, but that will probably be more expensive.

Yeah, like rukarims said. Never buy a used on. It's worn. That would be like getting a used toothbrush instead of a new one. It just can't happen. Used tires is one thing. Pepboys, NAPA, Autozone should all carry that item. Check at the dealer to see how much they charge. I know it's more, but it IS a genuine product.

synthetic may not be the best idea for such a high mileage car. it sounds like your seals are good since you are a half quart low. I would just stick with the regular oil, maybe some for high mileage engines. The synthetic will find lil holes and seep out where dino oil wont.

You can get that dogbone motor mount from any Toyota dealer. Just ask for the equivalent year Camry V6 model when you do. I wouldn't suggest switching to synthetic oil with the mileage you have. You will be more prone to oil leaks since the seals are older and have weaken. As for .5 quart low for oil change, it is normal for the motor to burn oil between oil changes. If it gets beyond a quart per oil change, you might need gasket replacements or an overhaul.
