Hi Guys.
I got my 1997 Lexus ES300 yesterday and I have noticed that the central locking button on the keyfob only unlocks the drivers side door.
If I use the key, it unlocks all doors, same with the passenger side, itwill unlock all doors as well.

My question is, Is this normal or is there something wrong that I need to fix?

I've owned my 2003 ES300 for just three months and I had the same experience. Try pushing the unlock button on the key fob twice and see if that doesn't do the trick.

First push does the driver's door, second is all doors.

Also when locking, one push locks all doors, but a second push turns off the lights right away.

You can change the C-Best settings so that the first click of the lock button on the key FOB will lock all doors instead of just the drivers door.

To lock ALL doors, all you need to do is click the lock button once. No need to reprogram anything.
