Yes, and the second belt on the car is at 165k miles. Many people on landcruiser forums are just now changing there original belts years with 200k miles. Like I said I don't suggest it, but you can, and if you can't change it right now, there's no harm waiting a year or two down the line. These forums scare people into thinking of you don't change the belt at 90,001 miles, your engine will explode and the world will come to the end, but that isn't the case. Also looking up the service records, this car had a complete Lexus dealer service history from new up until 75k, then it went to another dealer and has had the idle air control, knock sensors replaced then traded in at 162k mile. All evidence points to this car having been taken care of, but it really comes down to taking it for a test drive. A car doesn't get to nearly 200k looking the way that car does without having been cared for.

My 2001 badge is on the tailight. My radiator is not black but tannish in color. Bicker down the price but especially look for sludge issues. Your mechanic should be able to do this . Regular oil changes avoids this. Mileage is high but if it had been maintained, it's good for another 100,000 easy! Oh, and ask and proof that timing belt has been changed, receipts are magic!
My '01 Coach badge was on the trunk lid.
