can you chop springs on a 1995 lexus es300 ? or is there any cheap compatible springs
Hey guys, I have a 1995 Lexus es300, I want it to be low I hate wheel gap , its a pretty clean car with aftermarket cold air intake , straightpiped, etc , I want to know if its possible to chop the springs and still have a good ride or if there is a cheap way to lower the car as in cheap lowering springs that are compatible ? Also is there any known cat back exhausts that are compatible , appreciate it thanks

There are a range of springs available on ebay for the es300. google ... it's friendly.
there is no reason to 'chop springs'. It's dangerous and not a performance modification anyway, since the spring rate is the same the car can easily bottom out, and all the weight of that corner of the car is on the cut edge.
In my country, if you can't find springs for your model of car it is legal to 'compress' the springs using heat to a lower height. They are cooled in oil. It is totally illegal to cut springs in my country it's so dangerous.
re: the exhaust. Why not pay a guy in a shop and support your local community and his family ?
