I think mcelligot would have the fastest ES300 here. '92 manual with plenty of mods, including NOS. Hopefully he will chime in on this post and show you his sweet car.

Well with the nitrous I guess my ES would be the quickest
It's funny that my car should be brought up because i blew a head gasket last weekend, so the car will be in the shop for a while. When it gets back I'll take some pics of the engine bay and exterior for you guys to check out!

Sick, is your ES300 in the low 7s? I would think that a stock '92-'93 ES300 manual would at least be somewhere in the mid-7 second range 0-60. I've seen similar year Camry SE V6 cars go 0-60 in around 7.2-7.3. I'm sure your car's engine has been nicely broken in by your driving style.

They were talking 0-60 rather than 1/4 mile, if I'm remembering right Sean was in the low 7's 0-60, I know it's quicker than mine.

I was talking about 0-60 acceleration, not quarter mile. I'm pretty sure Sick was also referring to 0-60.

I think it's safe to say that no ES300 on this planet can run a 7-second 1/4 mile.

YOU know NOS is the only way to speed up the ES300 I dont care what year you have...
the car just aint got the REAL get up and go .....I love my 200bhp in my 97 dont get me wrong its quick enough for me, but it aint winnin any races.......NOW what we need to do is GET TRD to stop playin games and make a demand for that damn camry v6 supercharger's control unit to work with our damn ECU....now that would kick me up to 265bhp.....then we would be talkin about fast ES300....as we would smoke the GS300's .....

Oh lol 0-60 hehehe my bad...yah thats alot more reasonable.

That ECU issue on the 97+ is a big problem and I dont know if they will ever solve that. VV is a read headache to try to play with...thus the absence of variable valve controllers like the apexi V-AFC. NOS is fun...but the consequences of improper tuning ack....McKelliot, how big of a shot were you running.

Dont write off turbo though. Still can pump a grip of power into the 1mz. Tony The Tiger from the toyota nation boards has a turbo 1mz that is pumping out a....268Hp/269lb torque, thats350HP at the crank boys and girls. With the same engine us es300s have 94..

I wonder is there is a such thing as a "fast ES300"?
I lose to Honda Oddyseys and Dodge Durangos on a regular basis, so I've given up on this stuff.

What do you all think would be the opitmum motor swap? Anyway to bring an ES into the 5 second range with perhaps a TRD supercharged Camry engine......with a *****load of more engine mods?
