New member new owner '04 ES330 questions
I do not usually get jazzed up on cars, but I really like my newly purchased 2004 ES 330! I do have 3 questions looking for other members feedback on.
1. The cigarette lighter / ashtray combo is kind of awkward. Has anyone found a way to modify it so that it is more functional or am I just stuck with it the way it is?
2. The charger plug in the arm rest is also in an awkward place. For me to have a phone charger plugged in and charging my phone i need to run the cable through the latch of the arm rest lid. Was hoping to find some way to run the cable that makes it more functional.
3. What is the best way people have found to get bluetooth in the car?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Tim

In my opinion, the 4th gen ES has quite the lack of storage space in the center console, for things like a purse, phone, MP3 player, sunshades, etc.
The most you can do to the cigarette lighter is pull out the ashtray so you can stash your phone (or buy a windshield mount). As for the 12V outlets, I ran an extension into my glovebox to give me more ports and to power my dash camera.
