Your car has no parking brake handle? Some models have a foot brake what year ES are we talking about? If 1996 then it has the handle in the console.

i think hes referring to the black trim piece below the hand brake....to which i have no idea specifically what its called.

yes that plastic trim that covers access to inside of center console. Since mine is gone things are falling in there like french fries

Where do you plan on getting a replacement dealer or used?
