Default Best Michelin Tire for ES?

I have been reading around and the consensus seems to be the MXV4 tire is great for Lexus. Still true?

I have a set of them on my 98, and I love them. Just be sure and get load range "v". The "H" rated are a little too light for the ES.

I have had michelin harmony , i think they were made for the Es300. Anyways to be honest i did not like them..they were very soft and even small rocks or any gravel on road punctured the tire or causes leak. It could be just be , but i have not had a good experience with those tires . If i had an option i would not choose the Harmony.

The MXV4 tire is great.. my tire guy says however they are being discontinued. It's good to hear someone have success with the Defender.

Actually it has already been discontinued although there may still be a few left in inventory.

Please do. I would like to go with a nice comfortable all season tire, when my summer set wears out.

The Michelin Premier A/S is the successor to the Primacy in Michelin's all season tire line up. Long term though, is unproven.

I'm running MXV4's on both my cars, very quiet and comfortable tire, but I feel like it lacks grip in wet & snowy conditions.

Premiers were more expensive and had a 30,000 less life span. No thanks. Honestly I feel that any Michelin is going to be smooth and quiet on a Lexus. So far so good for Defenders after cruising around all day
